Service contracts are tailored to each client individually, based on their specific needs and requirements, for a flat monthly fee that reflects a significant discount over the hourly rate.
Service typically includes systems management and oversight, technical support, training, maintenance, upgrades, repairs, installation, documentation, technical and purchasing advice. Service is generally performed both on-site and via remote access on weekdays from 8-5:30PM. Guaranteed service is generally limited to computer software and hardware, including servers, workstations, storage devices, network wiring, hubs and network switches, displays, input devices, printers, scanners, printer/copier/scanner all-in one devices and other computer peripherals. Best effort is made to service other technical equipment not mentioned and to provide around-the-clock emergency support when needed.
